The Junior PMO will be responsible for assisting in the governance and support structures in place related to the delivery and governance of our services and products to new and existing clients. The candidate will assist in providing administrative support across the projects and products, commercial and software development. He/she will support our Design & Product, Software Development and services teams.

The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and must be proactive in their approach to daily tasks. He/ She must also have the ability to work on concurrent deadlines in a pressured environment.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for

  • Working with the Delivery Managers, design, and software development teams to proactively support and govern our client products and services
  • Presenting both written and verbal outputs directly to various stakeholders (internally and externally if required) in a clear and concise manner.
  • Providing regular briefings and reports about client risks and issues which affect our business relationship and could impact the future aspirations of our business
  • Supporting the administration of client work in line with contracts and ensuring it is scheduled in line with agreed standards
  • Running reports on agreed key business metrics
  • Supporting the Delivery Managers on administrative tasks as required
  • Organizing meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Administration of our internal calendars and supporting IT governance tools
  • Communicating with diverse stakeholders internally
  • Providing suggestions and areas of improvement back into the business to help improve our products and services
  • Ensuring our processes (and supporting policies) are documented in the agreed systems
  • Maintaining internal standards and documentation associated with areas of responsibilities

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience with Agile scrum mandatory
  • An understanding of management principles, ideally project management
  • An understanding of a professional services environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Excellent written skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering strong administrative support to teams
  • Excellent IT and navigational skills throughout the IT Workspace

Relevant experience: 2-4yrs

Educational qualification

  • Relevant qualifications in business management, IT
  • Agile scrum mandatory
  • PMP Certification (Optional)
